Exchange & Refund Policy
At Devyani Home Furnishing, we strive to provide an exceptional shopping experience. Please read our policy below for returns and exchanges:
Delivery Timeline
- Our standard delivery timeline is 5–7 working days. In the event that an item is out of stock, restocking and delivery may take up to 15 working days.
Returns
- We accept returns of unused products within 7 days from the date of shipment for domestic orders.
- Please note: Customized items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- To initiate a return, please email us at devyanihomefurnishing@gmail.com with your order details.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
- Important: Items that have been worn or are damaged will be returned to the customer.
- If your return is approved, your refund will be processed according to your selected preference:
- Devyani Home Furnishing Credit: A full refund will be issued in the form of store credit, and we will cover the return shipping. This credit has no expiration date.
- Manufacturing Defects: If the item has a manufacturing defect, a refund will be processed to your original payment method. Refunds may take up to 10–14 working days to process, and please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to reflect the refund.
